The Black Forest Festival kicked off to a great start when Mother Nature granted festival goers a sunny day to amply enjoy the parade and all the activities.Four food carts and 87 booths from groups, artists and businesses provided onlookers with plenty to see and do.This yearís theme was ìRecover, Rebuild, Restore,î celebrating that about 100 homes in Black Forest have been rebuilt and another 135 homes are in the process of rebuilding. The parade drew a slew of people, with parade entries that included a variety of organizations, from the military to the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts to car owners who decked out their vehicles.
Festival: another successful year
