Lois Joy Gaddie was a community player in Falcon. Gaddie received an award from the Falcon Property Owners’ Association ñ one of the first organized groups in Falcon ñ for her role in community activities. Gaddie died at Memorial Hospital Feb. 17. Funeral services were held at the Falcon Baptist Church Feb. 23. More than 350 people attended the service, said long-time Falcon resident Kathy Hare. Joy is survived by a daughter, three sons and grandchildren. Congratulations to Joy ñ on a life well served!
