Colorado master gardener volunteers are now available to answer questions for home gardeners in El Paso County. Learn more about planting, plant care, plant identification, insect identification, the causes of plant problems, selecting successful plants and best gardening practices for the region.Call 636-8921, e-mail CSUmg2@elpasoco.com or deliver questions in person to the gardening help desk. Volunteers are available Monday through Friday April 17 to October 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Gardening Help Desk is located in the CSU Cooperative Extension Office at 305 So. Union Blvd. across from Memorial Park. When bringing a plant sample for diagnosis, the sample should be 12″ to 18″ long and include a portion of the damage if possible.
