The Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting worthy projects which promote development of our Falcon Community along with other communities on the Eastern Plains. We believe that a quality school district and quality school choices are both important to the development of our communities.District 49 has presented their no tax rate increase plan to our chamber and we are convinced that the 4 priorities of the plan are both required to maintain the quality of the school district and therefore required to support the development of our communities. We were also convinced that the mill levy override proposal is a responsible method to obtain the required funds for these priorities without a tax rate increase. The Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce has decided to fully endorse the plan and recommends that the community pass ballot issue 3B for the benefit of our communities.Sincerely,Ben Kley, Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce chairman of the boardDave Ahrens, Eastern Plains Chamber of Commerce president
