Meridian Ranch subdivision
The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the final release of bond funds for WindingWalk Filing No. 1 for $1,167,729. All improvements have been completed and inspected.
The commissioners also unanimously approved the final release of bond funds for WindingWalk Filing No. 2 for $181,621. All improvements have been completed and inspected.
High Plains subdivision
The BOCC unanimously approved the release of bond funds for High Plains Filing No. 1 for $30,491.29. All improvements have been completed and inspected.
4-Way Commercial Metropolitan District
The commissioners unanimously approved a request by K01515, LLC and Icenogle Seaver Pogue P.C. to create the 4-Way Ranch Commercial Metropolitan District. The 67-acre property is zoned commercial service, located west of the intersection of Highway 24 and Stapleton Road and encompasses land on the north and south sides of Stapleton Road.
The proposed service plan includes the following: a maximum debt authorization of $36,685,000 and a total maximum combined commercial mill levy of 65 mills. The statutory purposes of the district include the following provisions: 1) street improvements, safety protection; 2) design, construction and maintenance of drainage facilities; 3) design, land acquisition, construction and maintenance of recreation facilities; 4) mosquito control; 5) design, acquisition, construction, installation and operation and maintenance of television relay and translation facilities; 6) covenant enforcement; 7) design, construction and maintenance of public water and sanitation systems; and 8) solid waste removal.
