Charity golf tournament a great success

The Exchange Club of Falcon hosted its 17th Annual Robert “Bob” Miller Charity Golf Tournament on June 12. Held in honor of longtime Exchange Club member and community leader Robert “Bob” Miller, the annual tournament continues to be one of the club’s signature fundraising events. Participants enjoyed a day of friendly competition while supporting programs that strengthen the Falcon community.

The tournament was made possible through the generosity of sponsors, the enthusiasm of golfers and the dedication of many volunteers. Their support allows the Exchange Club of Falcon to continue its mission of serving the community through programs that benefit local youth, promote Americanism, recognize first responders, support seniors and advance the club’s child abuse prevention initiatives.

2026-27 officers installed at annual dinner

The Exchange Club of Falcon’s Installation of Officers Dinner was held June 13 at Buck and Blue’s Grill. Club members, spouses and guests gathered for an evening of fellowship and recognition as the organization reflected on another year of making a positive impact throughout the Falcon community. The event also marked the beginning of a new leadership year with the installation of the club’s 2026-27 officers and board of directors.

Karen Zack, president of the Four Corners District of the Exchange Club, administered the oath of office and congratulated the incoming leadership team. The new officers are Andy Conder, president; Don Koveleski, president-elect; Theresa Koveleski, secretary; and Daryl Longamore, treasurer. Also installed were board members Dale Bonavita, Darlene Bigham, Linda Ludwig and Carole Conder.

“The Exchange Club of Falcon has a proud tradition of serving our community, and I am honored to serve alongside such a dedicated group of volunteers,” Andy Conder said. “Together, we look forward to continuing projects that make a meaningful difference while welcoming new members who want to be part of that mission.”

The Exchange Club of Falcon extends its sincere appreciation to Karen Zack for conducting the installation ceremony and thanks everyone who attended the evening’s celebration.
