AMR has been servicing Colorado Springs and the county since 1979. Currently, AMR provides 911 ambulance services for El Paso County. †AMR employs more than 250 EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers and support staff.†Last year, AMR responded to almost 70,000 calls that resulted in more than 40,000 transports to area hospitals and health care facilities.
