The Board of Directors of the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments has released the proposed goals and performance measures for the 2035 Regional Transportation Plan Update for public review and comment. The goals and performance measures complete the planning framework that will guide PPACG staff and advisory committees in developing the short and long-range transportation strategies for the Pikes Peak urbanized area.The goals and performance measures define the desired outcome of investments and are used to help evaluate transportation system alternatives for inclusion in the 2035 RTP Update. PPACG hosted four public workshops to develop goals and performance measures.To view the proposed goals and performance measures and provide comments, visit the PPACG Web site at http:// ppacg.org/transportation/regional-transportation-plan/goalsmeasures. Submit comments before Jan. 14.
