Jeff Harrell, a spokesperson for residents advocating a ìnoî vote on incorporating Falcon, said the opposition is not about whether to incorporate Falcon. ìOur purpose is not to be a negative force, our purpose is education,î Harrell said. ìIf we can get all the facts out, the people can make their own decisions.îHarrell said he and others are concerned about the lack of communication regarding the incorporation efforts. He said many people were surprised that the matter was going to a vote so soon. ìWhen is the last time anyone addressed the community?î Harrell asked.Incorporating Falcon may be a good thing or it may not, he said. However, Harrell said the entire community must be kept informed. Anything else is ìcertainly the wrong approach.îHarrellís group has created and registered a Web site to address the incorporation issues, concerns and the upcoming vote. Harrell said the Web site also is a format for other residents to submit questions and voice their opinions.ìWe will have a page dedicated to how others can get involved,î he said.ìIf we can educate people, we will get reactions (to incorporating) ñ one way or another.ìWe have to stop and consider what weíre doing. Dividing a community is not the objective.îWeb site: www.NoFalconco.org; message phone – 495-1500The Falcon Incorporation Committeeís Web site is www.falconco.org
