The El Paso Board of County Commissioners will consider the adoption of the revised Land Development Code at its Oct. 12 meeting.The Land Development Code provides the zoning, subdivision and development regulations for the county and complements the recently adopted Engineering Criteria Manual. The final hearing draft represents a comprehensive effort to modernize and streamline the regulations and reflects changes made by the planning commission and public comments gathered through work sessions and four public hearings.
