This is the first mid-month edition of the New Falcon Herald, and our goal is to bring events and news a little bit sooner to your door. Of course, the daily and weekly newspapers are one up on us, but, as in the past, we will continue to bring you in-depth coverage of the news and the issues. This mid-month edition will be a lighter version of our main newspaper, which now comes out the first Saturday of each month. We distribute the mid-month edition on the third Saturday of each month. We have some interesting and engaging columns that will be regular features in the mid-month edition. We mentioned last month that Kathy Hare, David Corder and Tom Preble are new NFH columnists. Check out their columns – we think you’ll enjoy their different perspectives, ideas – and advice (see Corder’s tips on keeping the pounds off through the holidays). We’d like to extend a special thanks to our team of sales representatives, designers, writers and support staff who have worked with us to make this change. And we hope the change benefits you. Please let us know how we’re doing. We welcome your input. We answer all e-mails and calls, so if we don’t get back to you, something got lost on the way to us.Have a wonderful and safe holiday. See you Jan. 6.Peace and Joy,-Michelle and Marylou
