Paramedics from the Black Forest Fire and Rescue and the Black Forest AARP Chapter No. 1100 will host their annual Stroke and Heart Attack Class Feb. 9 from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Black Forest Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall at 12455 Black Forest Road.†The meeting is free and open to the public.It is critical to a person’s survival and recovery to recognize the symptoms of stroke or heart attack.†Recognizing the indicators and knowing how to respond are the basics taught at this class.†Lunch will be provided by the Black Forest AARP chapter membership following the class.†Call Gwen at 719-495-2176 for more information.
