Dave met his wife in Edwards, Colorado. After getting married in Divide, Colorado, they raised two children. Their family enjoyed camping, fishing, Boy Scouts; snowmobiling and motorcycle racing; and collecting, restoring and showing antique vehicles.

Dave has extensive knowledge of both residential and rural properties, and has practical experience working with septic systems and wells.
