The fifth grade students at Academy District 20 Classical Academy North presented a program of holiday songs to Black Forest AARP Chapter 1100. The presentation, led by music teacher Becky Hewet, included a sing-along of traditional carols and holiday music. The AARP chapter members enjoyed the music and presented each child with a small bag of goodies as a reward for their hard work and entertaining program.The next Black Forest AARP meeting will be Wednesday, Jan. 14, at noon at Black Forest Lutheran Church.
