The El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the final release of a letter of credit for warranty defects of the public improvements completed in the Settlers View subdivision for $37,573.
Fairytale Acres property
The commissioners unanimously approved a request by Jacob and Sherry Kershman to rezone 7.59 acres from residential rural-5 to residential rural-2.5. The commissioners also unanimously approved a concurrent request from the Kershmans to subdivide 14.36 acres into four single-family residential lots. Both requests concern property located at 13055 Herring Road.
