Settlers RanchThe El Paso County Board of County Commissioners unanimously approved the preliminary release of funds for subdivision improvements for Settlers Ranch Filing No. 2C for $178,759.70. All improvements have been completed and inspected.Saddlehorn developmentThe BOCC unanimously approved a request by Gorilla Capitol Co. for a construction permit for pre-development site grading, including limited final grading associated with the water quality facilities in the proposed Saddlehorn development. The 816-acre site is located at the southeast corner of the Judge Orr and Curtis Road intersection. The county has not yet approved the developmentís preliminary plan.The commissioners also unanimously approved a cul-de-sac request by Gorilla Capitol to waive Section 8.4.4.D.3 of the EPC land development code, which limits the length of a dead-end road to no longer than that allowed by the countyís engineering criteria manual.Stonebridge at Meridian RanchThe BOCC unanimously approved acceptance of certain streets within the Stonebridge Filing No. 3 at Meridian Ranch subdivision into the EPC road maintenance system. All improvements have been completed and inspected.The Reserve at Corral BluffsThe commissioners unanimously approved two requests by Corral Ranches Development Co. for the final plats for The Reserve at Corral Bluffs Filing Nos. 3 and 4. The final plats create six single-family residential lots and one tract on 59.95 acres and five single-family residential lots on 26 acres, respectively. The properties are both zoned residential rural-5 and located on the east side of Hoofprint Road, about 0.25 miles south of Blaney Road and 0.5 miles east of Meridian Road.
