Office space is becoming hard to find in Falcon. Dick Liccardi, a Keller Williams commercial broker, told NFH reporter Stefani Wiest that he has turned away many interested business owners in search of office space in the area.”There is a pent up demand. I’ve turned people away,” he said of the Shops at Woodmen Hills, which is on a no-vacancy status after the Falcon School of Dance leased space.Liccardi said there is a waiting list of people trying to open a business in Falcon. The list includes a coffee shop, a Chinese restaurant, a tack store, dry cleaners, a tumbling gym, a Christian bookstore, a burrito shop and a wireless phone store.Liccardi said Falcon has “among the highest annual household income in the Springs area.” This, in addition to lower housing prices and the District 49 school district are big attractions to business owners, he said.”Falcon’s business future is very, very strong.”
