This year’s motorcycle run to benefit TESSA will be held July 18. The run starts at Frankie’s Bar & Grill, 945 No. Powers Blvd. in Colorado Springs. Registration opens at 8 a.m. The run is 200 miles and ends at Frankie’s Too!, 7376 McLaughlin Road in Falcon. Live music begins at 3 p.m. with a TESSA presentation at 5 p.m.TESSA’s mission is to help women and their children achieve safety and well-being while challenging communities to end sexual and family violence. TESSA is the primary agency dedicated specifically and solely to the issues of domestic violence and sexual assault in El Paso and Teller counties. Currently, TESSA has more than 50 staff members working to serve clients in seven different locations.
