Falcon must REALLY be growing. OK, we see the growth, but it usually takes a few years before a big-box dining establishment like the Outback settles in a fast-growing area. The chains do their homework – they don’t land anywhere until they’ve thoroughly researched demographics and future growth. Well, rumor has it that Outback Steakhouse and Chili’s may join the burgeoning restaurant scene in Falcon. Where is everyone coming from?
