The newly formed Woodmen Homeowners of Falcon group is still looking for representation from filings two, three and five in Woodmen Hills. In last month’s NFH, it was reported that, if the Woodmen Homeowners group musters up representation from all 10 filings, Rusty Green, the developer, will consider turning the covenants’ enforcement over to the group. The group has been meeting on a regular basis to find a resolution to what many homeowners have referred to as harassment measures from the current covenant enforcers, Warren Management Group Inc. President Nancy Hayes and others in the group believe a better way to deal with “faulty” homeowners is to take a more neighborly approach. The group is moving forward.Hayes said representatives from filing eight are going to organize their own group by soliciting a 75 percent vote to create their own homeowners group. If anyone is interested in getting involved, contact Nancy Hayes at 494-0295.
