The NFH contacted the El Paso County Sheriffís Office and inquired about the progress of the new substation that will eventually be built in Falcon next to the new fire station. Lt. Deborah Mynatt, public information officer, sent this via email.ìWe have recently completed the first review of the architectural design of the building to include internal layout design.ìWe have been discussing all services that would be offered to our community. The electrical, utilities, and service lines are also a part of this architectural design phase. The aesthetics for the surrounding community was taken into consideration during this planning phase. Since we are in a planning and design phase we do not have finalized decisions to relay to the community at this time; however, the progress has been great, and we look forward to a successful completion.î
