El Paso County Commissioner Amy Lathen has scheduled a town hall meeting to be held July 12 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Falcon Fire Station. Lathen will speak with El Paso County citizens and answer any questions and concerns. Lathen represents District 2 and is the newest member of the El Paso County Board of Commissioners.
