TOPS, Take off Pounds Sensibly, meets every Tuesday evening at Woodmen Hills Community Center West at 11720 Woodmen Hills Drive in Falcon. The weigh-in is 6 p.m., and the meeting runs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. TOPS mission is to help people lose weight and get healthy through support and encouragement. Any spouse of a current member can join for half price. The cost for a membership to TOPS is $24, which includes a news magazine published 10 times a year.
