Nearly 400 servicemen and women leave the military every month in the Pikes Peak region. In an effort to assist them in preparing to enter civilian life, and job or internship interviews and business events, the Rampart Range Blue Star Mothers is hosting a Suits for Troops campaign. We are asking for donations of gently used menís and womenís suits. All suits must be clean, on hangers (preferably still in dry-cleaner bags).Suit sizes must be clearly marked on the outside of the bag.The primary collection day is Sunday, Aug. 2, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Stetson Hills Police Station at 4110 Tutt Blvd. in Colorado Springs. The Rampart Range Blue Star Mothers is a non-partisan, non-political organization comprised of mothers who have or had children serving in a branch of the military. We offer support to each other and provide community service to active duty and veterans in the Pikes Peak Region. For additional information, visit http://rrbsm.webs.com
