Christel Blaylock, who has been with The State Bank in Falcon for about four years, has been promoted to the assistant vice president of customer service and public relations.Paula Van Stelle moved to Falcon from Traverse City, Mich., in December. She assumed the role of financial specialist for The State Bank.
