The Black Forest Community Club wishes to thank everyone who generously supported the Christmas basket outreach to families whose children attend Wolford Elementary School. The purpose of the club is to promote community, and the Christmas basket program proved this is a caring community. Todayís economy has put many families in crisis, and by supporting this outreach families were provided with enough food to last for months and the children were able to have Christmas presents. Thank you to the R&R CafÈ and Rockiní B Feed and Supply for being convenient drop-off sites for food donations. Thank you to everyone who donated non-perishable foods, frozen turkeys, gift certificates and generous financial contributions. Thank you to the Community Club families who sponsored children. And thank you to the volunteers who sorted, packed and delivered the food boxes and gifts to Wolford School.
Shared joy is joy doubled
