Covenant issuesIn the June 2 issue of the NFH, we mentioned that Warren Management was no longer enforcing the covenants for Woodmen Hills. We’ve since learned that the management company has returned on a temporary basis. Our callers indicate that there are always “two sides to every story.” We’ll get back to you on this one.Lowe’sRumor has it that Lowe’s is negotiating another site in Falcon – just east of Meridian and Woodmen roads. We had reported earlier that Lowe’s was looking at the site where the Falcon Fire Protection District is now housed. More on this in July 7.
