Cheeseís restaurant will be landing in Falcon in the new shopping center or at another location to be determined.Rumor has it that motorcyclists out of Falcon, Peyton and Calhan are trying to plan a motorcycle rally for the summer of 2016, which will take place in Falcon. The rally, they say, will rival the motorcycle event/rally that takes place in Sturgis, South Dakota, every August!
