Rumor has it that Saint Arnold Brewing Co. out of Texas is looking at a potential site in Falcon/Peyton to open a brewery on the eastern plains. Saint Arnoldís has already established its entry into Denver and the Front Range. Saint Arnold recently announced distributor agreements with Coors, RMC Distributing in Colorado Springs and High Country Beverage in Loveland. But rumor has it the company is actually looking at Falcon or Peyton to expand their brewery operations to Colorado.Rumor has it that a mom and pop communications company is taking over the Blockbuster site in the Safeway Shopping Center.Rumor has it that a waste-water treatment facility could be in the works on Garrett Road. One local metropolitan district has the potential site under contract.
