Rumor has it that a 7-11 is coming to Falcon. No big surprise ñ it actually seems overdue. The real surprise is a Dunkin Donuts going in right next door.Rumor has it a statue of Butch Cassidy ñ a famous outlaw/thief well-known in Colorado ñ is going to be erected somewhere between Falcon and Peyton. Apparently, Butch spent lots of time in a brothel in Falcon in its heyday ñ but he was fondly remembered for giving away some of his riches to poor town folk on the eastern plains.
