The El Paso County Republican Women will host the Colorado Republican Party’s new chairman and political strategist Dick Wadhams at a luncheon April 16.Wadhams has been described as the ìson of Karl Roveî and a formidable force in modern politics. He managed campaigns for Gov. Bill Owens and senators Wayne Allard, Conrad Burns and John Thune, who defeated Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle.The luncheon, which is open to the public, will be held at Giueseppeís Old Depot Restaurant in downtown Colorado Springs ñ 10 Sierra Madre ñ at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, April 16.
