There is a potential buyer for the property at 11420 Black Forest Road where R&R Coffee CafÈ, Dutch Heritage Garden Centers LLC and Greenleaf Forestry Wood Products Inc. are currently located.The entire property, which also includes a 1,212 square-foot home, is zoned for residential and commercial.Krystal Mucha, real estate agent for the Mucha Property Group, contacted both the seller, Sylvia McGrath, Black Forest Ranch LLC, and the potential buyer (not revealed) on behalf of ìThe New Falcon Heraldî for a quote. She said in an email that the current sellers did not want to speak about the buyerís intentions in case they change their plans; the potential buyers did not reply to Muchaís request for information.ìI honestly donít have much to add to the sale of the property, except to say Iím thankful that all existing leases have to be honored as written by the new owners. What happens after that is an unknown,î said Ryan Wanner, owner of R&R Coffee CafÈ. ìNot my first choice, but thereís not a lot I can do about it; my hope is to stay put, thatís for sure.îLen Lankford, president and chief executive officer of Greenleaf Forestry and Wood Products Inc., said, ìItís up to the new owners of the property to determine what the future will be. We are hopeful to be able to continue our forestry services, tree nursery, and unique native lumber and wood design business at this location and look forward to sharing our enthusiasm with the new owner. Letís see how this unfolds. The property and its variety of businesses is unique and working well to serve the needs of the community.îDutch Heritage Garden Centers LLC did not respond.
