She said in an email that the current sellers did not want to speak about the buyerís intentions in case they change their plans; the potential buyers did not reply to Muchaís request for information.ìI honestly donít have much to add to the sale of the property, except to say Iím thankful that all existing leases have to be honored as written by the new owners.
