Daisy Mae is a 9 pound, fawn-colored, short-haired Chihuahua rescued in March from a puppy mill in the Midwest. She’s currently at National Mill Dog Rescue’s kennel in Falcon.Daisy Mae is 6 years old and has been spayed. She’s a happy girl who is a bit wary of strangers but warms up quickly when she gets to know them. Then she becomes a lap-seeking sweetheart who rolls on her back for tummy rubs.Because of her size, Daisy Mae needs to be an indoor dog with a securely fenced yard to play in.If you’re interested in adopting or fostering Daisy Mae, visit http://milldogrescue.org, click the Our Dogs link and scroll down until you find her in the alphabetical list.
