The proposal includes amending the northwestern portion of the approved sketch plan by increasing the amount of commercial property, removing a portion of single-family and adding an area for multifamily residences. The property is located south of Woodmen Road and west of the proposed realignment of Meridian Road. Approved unanimously with conditions and notations by the planning commission.Request by James J. Matthews for approval of the final plat for a 46 single-family lot subdivision on 206 acres to be called Tanner Ranch Filing No. 1. The property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District and is located on the southeast corner of Highway 94 and South Calhan Road. Approval includes authorization for the chairman to sign the plat, subdivision improvements agreement, detention pond maintenance agreement and any other documents necessary to complete the subdivision process. Approved unanimously with conditions and notations by the planning commission.
