Request by Sand Creek Investments North, LLC, Akers Group LTD No. II and Cyndi Wheatley to re-zone 71.22 acres from the R-1 (residential) and R-2 (residential) districts to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District: The proposal includes up to 378 single-family lots, with parks and opens spaces. The properties are located north and west of the intersection of Constitution Avenue and Marksheffel Road. Approved unanimously, with conditions and notations.Request by Ellicott Springs Land Company, Even-Preisser Investment, LLC, and Ellicott Springs Development, LLC, for approval of the Ellicott Town Center sketch plan, an amendment to the View Point Village and Springs East Village sketch plans: The area covered by the plan is about 550.6 acres, and is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District. The proposal includes residential, commercial, open spaces and school uses. It is located south of Highway 94 and west of the existing Log Road, within the Ellicott Valley Planning Area. Approved unanimously, with conditions and notations.
