For more information, visit http://ebranch.ppld.org.2005 Shivers Celebration VIIThe 2005 Shivers Celebration, hosted by local philanthropists Peggy and Clarence Shivers, will present powerful and breathtaking performances to honor Grammy winning jazz vocalist Dianne Reeves in Colorado Springs this November. The Celebration VII includes four days of concerts and activities at the Antlers Hilton Hotel, 4 S. Cascade Ave., from Nov. 24 through Nov. 27. The kick off is a Thanksgiving Day Gala, which includes dinner, dancing, music and a silent auction. The event supports the Shivers Fund at Pikes Peak Library District. Upon successfully completing the course, graduates may present their course completion certificate to their insurance agents for a discount. A minimum of 10 students is required to old the class. The cost is $10 for the eight-hour course. Class size is limited and registration is required.
