Dear Editor:I met Mr. Pace a little over a year ago. At the time, he was doing repairs to his home in order to move back east where he is from. A few months later he was gathering signatures to get on the ballot for a School District 49 board position. He promises to cut costs by stopping frivolous law suits (he filed a law suit against the WHMD). By whose definition does he get to decide if his was frivolous or not?He says that he will be promoting more home sales and saving our property values by lowering our monthly dues payment. When I moved here in 1999 monthly base fees were $105.00; 12 years later they are $142.00. That works out to roughly $3.08 increase per year.I am uncertain at this time where my vote will be. I do know where it wonít.Art Wilson
