Ken Howard, project manager for Provident Construction, the Falcon Safeway Phase III builder, said the final inspection took place at the office building on April 12. Howard also said from the time construction on the building began he and his team did not have ìanymore problems than usualî with delays, etc.Regardless, Dr. Andy Royer, Falcon Family Eye Care, has lost time and money. Royer initially expected to be up and running in January 2006. Then, it was May 2006; then January 2007.Royerís tenant finish is almost complete, and he said Falcon Family Eye Care will open April 30 or May 7. Royer will be the first tenant in the new building.
