Old Chicago has joined the cluster of restaurants now situated on Powers Boulevard. The new store is located at 3190 New Center Point. Its Old Chicago’s fourth restaurant in the Springs area and this restaurant is a new prototype and flagship for the popular Old Chicago restaurants, owned by parent company, Rock Bottom Restaurants Inc. The new prototype will serve as a model for future store openings. Rock Bottom, based in Louisville, owns and operates 80 restaurants across the U.S.
