Black Forest Reserve has contacted the Falcon Fire Protection District with the initial subdivision plat for the previously approved subdivision. Phase 1 includes 62 lots, with a final total of 292 2.5-acre lots. Plans are for a high-end subdivision on North Meridian just south of Hodgen Road and west of Meridian Road.Classic requested a letter for fire protection on a new subdivision consisting of 60 five-acre lots north and west of the intersection of Goodson and Ayers roads.Meridian Ranch has submitted filing two for 360 lots.Claremont Ranch filing eight is for 195 single-family lots south of Constitution Avenue and east of Marksheffel Road.Bent Grass Subdivision west of Meridian Road and south of Woodmen Hills Drive includes about 400 single-family units.Falcon Vista, a development southeast of the Diamond Shamrock gas station has changed from 56 single-family lots to 112 units.
