With the passage of 3A (the mill levy override) on Nov. 1, Falcon School district wasted no time. A groundbreaking for the newest elementary school – No. 9 – took place on Nov. 9. The school site is located at the corner of Jackpot Drive and Bridal Spur Avenue next to Pring Ranch Park. Superintendent Steve Hull, members of the D 49 board of education, administrators, staff and builders were present for the groundbreaking.
