Jake and Debbie Autry sold their dry cleaning business in La Junta, Colo., to their daughter and her husband and moved to Falcon a year ago. They’re back in business, bringing their dry cleaning expertise to Falcon.Debbie Autry said they hope to open the doors to their full-service dry cleaning business the first of November. Heritage Cleaners at Falcon will offer same-day service, a drive-through drop off and pick up, dry cleaning and starching, mending and alterations, laundry drop off and ironing and delivery and pick up on Tuesdays and Thursdays for customers in Falcon and the outlying areas. Autry said the owner-operated cleaners will be open Monday through Saturday. They also will use a different type of chemical in the cleaning process – what Autry refers to as a “gentler cleaner – not harmful to the environment.””We’re really excited about being here,” Autry said. They plan to hire three part-time people.
