Mary Welty has opened a store in a brand new building on the Point of Rocks working cattle ranch that is owned by her family. A celebration/grand opening took place Aug. 20.The Fly’n Cowboy Ranch Store offers a unique ride-in boutique and a place to trailer your horse.
