Rocky Mountain Classical Academy, a new charter school in Falcon District 49, will hold a lottery for student enrollment on Jan. 31. Parents who want to place their students’ names in a drawing for space in the kindergarten through eighth grade fall semester 2006 must complete a letter of intent.
