One of Black Forest’s newest businesses is designed specifically for men of all ages and fitness abilities. Fit in the Forest for Men Inc. is a fitness facility featuring a 30-minute strength and cardiovascular workout for men with limited time who want to improve their health through regular exercise. Hydraulic resistance machines are designed to work every muscle group in the body with little or no muscle soreness.All machines have six levels of adjustment to accommodate any level of fitness. Each member receives body measurements and a body fat analysis to help track their progress. Members work at their own pace, and heart rates are closely monitored.Memberships can be purchased monthly or on a yearly basis. Senior membership discounts and family plans are available. Black Forest residents Don and Joani Hardin are the owners and operators. The business is located at the corner of Burgess and Black Forest in the heart of the Forest in the small shopping center.For more information, call 495-7601. Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday, and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday. All men are invited to stop in and try out the equipment and see how this program can improve your health!
