Alicia Mena, a waitress at Jill’s Country CafÈ, gave birth to Dayanara Cecelia Mena-Negrate Aug. 22. Little Dayanara weighed 5 lb. 10 1/2 oz. and was 18 1/2 inches long. Welcome Dayanara and congratulations Alicia.
