Native American celebration Oct. 27

One Nation Walking Together is a Colorado Springs nonprofit organization, and its mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of Native Americans through programs that cross cultural barriers, while respecting individual differences. The organization is sponsoring a Native American Cultural Heritage Celebration Oct. 27 at the Benet Hill Center Auditorium at 2555 N. Chelton Road (off Maizeland Road).Featured artists include Grammy Award winner Eddie Three Eagles, Native American inspirational singer Sebrenna Forrest and a Pow Wow Show by the Order of the Arrow Bowman Dancers. The show begins at 6:45 p.m.Arts and crafts by Native Americans from Pine Ridge, Rose Bud and other reservations will be available for sale.Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children 10 and younger. Proceeds will go toward supporting the mission.
