Ryan Hernandez of Boy Scout Troop 8 in Monument, Colo., completed his Eagle Service Project in June. The project entailed landscaping the front and side of the National Mill Dog Rescue in Falcon. Several boy scouts from his troop were on hand to help. The NMDR is a nonprofit agency dedicated to rescuing puppy mill dogs that are abused and neglected.
