House Republican leader Mike May from Parker appointed Rep.-elect Marsha Looper as the ranking Republican on the local government committee of the House. Rep.-elect Amy Stephens of Monument was appointed to the business affairs and labor committee.As ranking Republicans, they and others in Colorado will serve as the designated Republican leaders for their particular committee among the 10 committees of reference in the Colorado House of Representatives.
